I wanted to exercise at home and it is easy to follow. However I don't like the music. It is boring repetitive rhythm not some dance-pop music that would make you want to dance
I found this DVD to be a good balance between dance and aerobics. Because of this mixture it is easier to follow for non-dancers and provides a credible workout. Camilla is clear in her instruction, enthusiastic and encouraging. The workouts build up in intensity and it takes an hour to do the entire workout. Despite some of the simplistic moves I could feel their benefit - particularly in my arms. Some other dance workout videos require dance step tutorials before the actual workouts which can be difficult and time consuming but do in essence teach you real dance moves. As a dancer I enjoy these other workouts because they are more challenging, however if I'm forcing myself to workout I am more likely to choose Camilla's DVD simply because it is "put in and play". All moves are learned within the workout so there is no "time wasting" and I don't need to trail through menus settings to cut out the tutorials. I really like this DVD, it makes me sweat, it doesn't require prior dance knowledge and it doesn't require a large space. Well Done Camilla Dallarup!Read full review
This is a really fun workout to do - its tricky to follow at first, but she takes you through step by step. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone bored of normal aerobics!!
