Davina McCall- The Power Of 3/Three 30 Minute Workout
The Power of three - I love this DVD! It gives you two ways of doing each exercise, an easy and harder way so you can build your stamina over time. As the DVD is in 5 separate parts you can also choose which parts of your body you want to work on, as long as you do the warm up and cool down! I have only had a look at the 30 minute workout DVD. This looks harder and more aerobic. Some of the exercise look as if they need a lot of practise, but this is something to work towards!!! I would highly recommend this this DVD....it really works!

these DVDs are great. Davina is a great motivator and the music is excellent too. i have tried many excercise DVDs in the past, none of them however have been able to motivate me like the Davina one has. i feel great and can really notice the benefits. i would highly recommend these DVDs for busy mums who struggle to fit excercise into their normal routine. i have no negative comments about the workouts at all.

Refreshingly fun, but needs more instruction
Love: The fun banter from Davina, how quickly the workout is done, the instructors look like regular people. Enough variety to have 3 half hour sessions and a 1 hour session per week...eventually! Shame that: There isnt more instruction-sometimes you have to just copy whats happening rather than being given details for next move. The cool down stretches are simply not long enough-I was stiff for a week the first time I did 30mns of bodypump. Overall a good program and I am looking forward to the fast results that I keep reading about from other reviewers.
