The Lumio is just an excellent coffee machine. It makes great tasting coffee, does it fast, and is really easy to clean. There's not a lot else to say really, my five star rating speaks for itself :)

Machine itself is good , however the instructions are pretty grim. There is no cable tidy so it trails across the work surface. Option here is to cut cable & fit a new plug (sealed unit) but does this invalidate warranty? Pictures are difficult to follow, none of the strip-down for cleaning instructions are in English. Having had the old model we were in a situation whereby we knew a little about the machine but this model is more evolved. Consulted Facebook for enlightenment but even that was a failure. Eventually found how to remove drip tray on Amazon!! Once all these problems were sorted the general consensus is a good machine
