Exploration of the role of dendritic geometry in shaping the electric dendritic field of the neuron. With NeuronViewer and user guide.
Sergey Korogod is Professor and Head of Department of Experimental Physics at the Dniepropetrovsk National University, and Head of Dniepropetrovsk Division, International Center for Molecular Physiology at the National Academy of Science of the Ukraine. Suzanne Tyc-Dumont is Director of Research Emeritus at CNRS, Paris. She has been active since the early 1980s in the promotion of the notion of the dendritic shape as one of the most critical factors in the understanding of dendritic processing, and introduced computational tools for the quantification of the geometry of dendritic arborizations in her laboratory.
