Clement has spent fifteen years in the field of leadership development in the US Army where he was instrumental in developing policy and doctrine for leadership training. He is currently the president of Organizational Design Inc, of Boerne, Texas, where he consults for international corporations as well as the US Army on applying organizational design principles.
