  Good value, good exercise, could be built better!

  This machine is good overa...ll for the price, but it is not built very well. It makes quite a bit of rattling noise during exercise and there is some side movement of the levers not just up and down. The foot rests are also a bit small and not very comfortable to stand on, the design could be improved so that body weight can be distributed more evenly. Because they are not very comfortable to stand on I have to take more breaks whilst exercising. Having said so, this machine is great to improve fitness levels and strengthen leg and knee muscles. It may not be suitable for people that have weak knees. I enjoy using the machine to get my heart going!

  It's a bit unstable and rickety feeling, I'm sure it's not a...ctually gonna fall or break.. just is a bit .. primitive let's say. would be better with some resistance adjustments too. But if your looking for a cheap exercise machine that is very intense (you'd have trouble staying on it longer than 5 mins to start with) this could be perfect for you. Don't get this if you have bad knees.

  Brilliant

  This machine is brilliant. But a word of warning. If your not fit... its hard work! I did 5 minutes and was shattered. However you can build up doing a few minutes eeach day and it gets eaasier. Works all your body arms legs and core really well and you feel like its working but it does take a bit of getting used to. Folds away easy although it is quite tall because i need it adjusted fairly high because of my height. Would recommend this for the money. It was 160 on teleshopping so a bargain at 85 pound

  Easy to use and folds away neatly

  First time I used this I couldn't do more ...than a few minutes - its a tough workout You feel a little unstable till you get used to the equipment It is great for a quick daily workout - you'll be sweating hard within 5 minutes! The height for your arms is easy to adjust, but you can alos work just your legs if you prefer. The pedals are narrow & hard so not sure how bigger feet feel on it (I'm a size 6 shoe) but you do need to wear trainers / ballet pumps. Definitely feeling the benefit after a few weeks use, helping me to downsize and get fit.

  I have recently purchased this item, it arri...ved fast and was very easy to install (at first look I thought it was going to be complicated) but I was wrong indeed.. I have used this machine for 3 days solid and absolutely love it. It burns a lot of calories in a quick time and makes you sweat - just what I needed to help towards my weight loss goal. It's easy to fold and store away and doesn't take up much room. I would highly recommend. Thank you!
