The Jolly Phonic scheme is brilliant,it helps parents to give their children a helping hand at home. The books will help children (and parents ) to make the correct sound for each letter, or pairs of letters, if you have a child about to start school, get these. I purchased these for my granddaughter as she will be one of the youngest in the class when she starts school. I cannot fault these books. Looking at other phonic books, these are much easier to follow.
My daughter loves Jolly Phonics. I am using these books as a fun way to reinforce teaching her phonics at home.

I bought this for my son as he was starting school and they use jolly phonics there .he loves reading them with us and by himself and copies the actions In the books and uses the sounds to read words .wiksh I had bought earlier I would say a 2 year old would pick this up.much better than buying flashcards of letters as I found it is more important to know the sounds of the letters to be able to read then learn the names of letters after
