The book is very interesting and I am following parts of it. The recipes regarding taste are not very exciting. It may be ok if you can persevere for a short time. However long term for me, I want to enjoy my food one of the pleasures in life. Having said this I am trying to follow the process of eating things at certain times of day and I have lost a few kilos
