Immediate dispatch, working key - I had no issues downloading from Microsoft using the serial. However upon the launch of the software I had to enter the key again, but I got a pop-up saying key has already been activated the maximum times - so I am not sure actually how legitimate this is (though I know it is legal to resell these keys within EU). Anyway I had to select phone activation as if I were doing a reinstall because of changing PC, etc. This took more time but in the end it worked. I had to type in how many times the key was used, I typed in 1 and it was accepted.

I was sceptical that the product licence would work, but everything went very smoothly with the installation & verification. I was using the 2010 office suite, so not major changes in Excel, Word etc. however Outlook has a different feel and does not appear to use POP3 so if you have multiple email addresses you may not like the 2016 version. I am still learning about Outlook so may be able to change some settings, e.g. there does not appear to be any way of setting time scales for a flagged email. A plus is the larger viewing/reading area and a reply can be typed in this pane.

I expected to have problems with this as I only have a max of 2mg download speed, and when I tried a similar product on my MacBook I couldn't get it to work. However I downloaded this to a windows laptop both the software and key worked perfectly first time. I was a bit worried when I received a message saying that the licence would expire ten days later! I contacted the vendor and he assured me that it was a lifetime licence. The date has passed without incident and everything is still working. I'm very pleased with the product.
