This card might be old, but it will still keep up with some of today's best. I have had this card in my rig for about 3 months now. It run cool enough, at about 50-65°c when gaming. It play the likes of battlefield 1 at ultra settings at 1080p @ 75-95 fps, for honour ultra settings 1080p @ 70-85 fps and gta v ultra setting 1080p @ 70-80 fps. You kinda get the idea. So this card is a good card for upto date gaming. It is a very long card, probably the longest card I've come across. Obviously with this running what's is technically 2 Gtx 680's, it's quite power hungry requiring 2 8pin connections. Recommended at least a 750w power supply, however it performs fine on my 650w psu.

It is definitely a high performance GPU, and puts out a high level of power. I did however find out after purchase there is a similar performing card on the market for around the same price, but doesn't have the CUDA cores, which can benefit you in games which are not fully compatible with a SLI configuration. The card I find may not perform as well as it should in a few select games, E.G Watchdogs, ARMA 3 and Thief, are the only ones I have come across so far. If I were to buy another card, I would recommend the GTX 780 or GTX 780Ti. It is still no doubt a high performance card.
