Performance is as good as expected, if not better. Is fairly inexpensive and definately an upgrade from intel stock cooler. Has dropped temps between 8-10 degrees centigrade, with fans at around 850 rpm. Fits easily in Antec One Case with room to spare. Maybe looses half to one star due to slightly awkward installation, but once you've done it once properly, it becomes easier to do the next time. Well worth the buy!

Widely reviewed as being the cheapest and most effective way to keep your CPU cool. All the cooler master hyper 212's have very strong reviews. I have little computer building experience but managed to swap the stock cooler for this one with very little effort the instructions aren't very clear but there are numerous YouTube guides which made it a simple task. One comment is that this model is quite large and stands up instead of flat against the CPU so if you have a small case or are short on space definitely check before purchasing, generally I would suggest a mid to large case build would be fine for this. Overall really pleased with the purchase and would recommend.

There is no need to go through water cooling solution. This is a water cooling killer. However the cooler is a couple of mm higher than expected amd as such I cannot close my mid tower atx.Great value for money.

Its only fault is i had to cut out a bit of the case side panel cause the protruding copper tube ends were to long for my Full size ATX Case.
