Great ideas for healthy meals
The recipes are straightforward and very much in the Mediterranean style (shades of Gino de Campo) and if it is good for my prostate that is even better. We have tried quite a few and liked all except the potato pastry which was crumbly and too bulky. The fat content of most recipes can be reduced by using lower fat alternative ingredients if you are on the 5:2 diet or a Weightwatcher.
