Author Marielle Renssen's spiritual journey began with a curiosity in Tibetan Buddhist meditational practices. Buddhist philosophy inspired her to delve into Hindu spiritualism which led, in turn, to a deep interest in all Eastern forms of natural and energy healing. She has explored therapies from chakra balancing and crystal energy to colour healing and Reiki, and is presently studying Mindfulness Meditation. In her pursuit of keeping body, mind and spirit healthy, Marielle is a vegetarian, practises Yoga and is also a marathon runner. She was a contributing editor to New Holland's The Marathon Runner's Handbook. Consultant Natalia Baker was born in India at the foot of the Himalayan mountains. She qualified as a teacher in London, specializing in Oral Communication and Drama-in-Education, and also lectured and taught at the University of Cape Town in South Africa. After pursuing her passion for metaphysics, she specializes today in teaching meditation, and is a motivational speaker, metaphysical teacher, and healer and counsellor.
