its a bit slow, i dont think it will help me loose weight as its not fast or engergetic, iv found a better one that im workin on now which is a lot better.

Find muscles i didnt know i had
This is a good dvd as all the others have lovely slim women on all in their makeup not even breaking a sweat, here with this dvd you can see the results on michelle herself and she does work hard. I am not so sure about the diet though as it is asking alot of you, so i just do the exercises, and believe me i am hurting in places i didnt know i could, but thid goes away pretty quick. The exercises are explained in simple form and i reccommend watching it through first before actually starting the exercises. It is also good as you dont need gym equipment as a 2litre bottle of water and 2 tins of baked beans do just as good. However if you follow the diet too your not allowed any tinned food in your house. Its a must for beginners, and good luck with the weight loss, its a nightmare to lose but worth it when you reach your goal. Read full review

I have bought other "weightloss" dvd's that are useless, whereas this dvd was easier to follow, more motivating and inspirational. Michelle and her personal trainer explain in great detail all the exercises and keep you motivated and supported throughout. Which is what you need ! I would happily refer this to any person who wants a more realistic guide to "fat burning" and strength improving exercises and inspiration from someone who has and is going through the same as you. Definately recommended.

i bought this after i rented it. it is good. it is useful to know what you can eat and what you cant . without it being too much of a chore and is ideal for busy people. the exercises are easy and simple. you just need some hand weights and a medicine (weight) ball is ideal. both you can pick up fairly cheaply. there is a useful booklet, as it is a lot to take in straight away. you need to watch it the whole way through first, - and take notes!its worth it. there is a chart on the back of the booklet to help you plan the exercises. if you want a simple non diet, sensible life changing , short exercises and a plan. then go for it. ideal for both men and women of all sizes and weights.
