Have used Office for many years and Outlook as email programme so find it easier to renew rather than sort out alternatives. Product arrived as expected and was quick and easy to install on both laptop and PC. Some of the programmes are rarely used and I only have two devices so not such good value for me. I dislike having to renew every year and the inflated price offered by Microsoft for existing clients. Definitely worth shopping around before renewing.

Initially screen gave renewal date as 12 months from this date but when I checked my account renewal was 12 months from initial date which is an extra 2 weeks.
