A nice easy phone to get along with, easy to unlock the bootloader root and currently using minimal os marshmallow. Only two cons really, no 4g unless you live in Canada! And the phones volume is not too great. If you can get past it though this is a great phone.

A compact but powerful phone with great features.
I already had a Nexus 4 and was very happy with it so wanted a second for the wife. Bought this phone in a spares or repair state. After a new screen, a new back and a reflash with Lollipop the phone is good as new. I like the Nexus 4 because it's fairly compact compared to the newer phones, but it still packs a serious punch with its quad core processor and 2 GB ram and high res screen. Android updates are released quickly with it being a Nexus.

Rooted & Booted, a Nexus pleasure......
The Nexus 4 was full of appeal when it first came out, but I wasn't in a position to own one..... Then out came the N5 and I just couldn't resist buying one..... but it was too good a phone for me to take out & about, as clumsy as I am, so I spotted the N4 at a bargain price, bid and won!! (though I wasn't expecting too). Rooted and booted the whole Nexus series are great tools to have around.
