I bought this phone after my first one from my phone provider would not charge and the cost of repair was higher than a replacement. I find the phone easy to use as my previous nokias have been. I only really use the phone for making and receiving calls, texting and checking emails. The touch screen is not as sensitive as some and takes some getting used to. I find the speed dialing useful and with most of my contacts having their own ring tone I know who is ringing me without even looking at the phone. I would recommend this phone to those who just want a cheap basic phone who have previously had similar nokias without the touch screen.
this phone is very simple to use, it is goodlooking and value for money. it has all that you need from a phone apart from wifi, but i can live with that. 3g is fast.touch screen and keyboard work well.excellent phone.
We found this Phone very easdy to use and it had quite a long battery life as well. A good all round Phone for not a lot of money and it runs on the 3g network which is fast.

This is a great phone very easy to use part smart and part normal phone all in all it is great ,good value for money if you are looking for the first part smart phone this is the one for you , Nokia are great
