Great for keeping healthy in pregnancy!
Bought this as I am heading for 3rd trimester and also want to make sure I keep healthy after the baby is born. This is a good DVD, takes a bit of getting used to with breathing techniques but that's the nature of the beast. Shows demonstrations for exercises with and without a bump and she explains everything quite thoroughly. A good DVD.

The ONLY Pilates Pregnancy DVD you need!
I had used this DVD during my last pregnancy, and can honestly say that I didn't once suffer from backache, and couldn't believe how much energy I had throughout my pregnancy. This DVD is very easy to follow, the music is relaxing, and it is divided up into sections depending on which trimester you are in. It is clearly not meant to provide you with a sweat-inducing workout, but rather to stretch and tone the muscles you will use most during pregnancy. I can highly recommend this product to anyone looking forward to expanding their family!

A gentle muscle strengthening routine
This is the second pregnancy pilates DVD I purchased and the 2 are very contrasting. This one is very slow, very precise and is for building up strength in core muscles. I personally think it is great, and is exactly what I was looking for. It is not a fitness programme. You do not need to be aerobic fit to do this programme, it will help for everyone regardless of your fitness level. It concentrates on muscle streching, strength, breathing and relaxation. With regular use this DVD programme strengthens your back, stomach and pelvic floor muscles giving you a better awareness of your posture and core body strength. If you wanted to use this as a fitness workout, this is probably not the DVD for you but if youre looking for the same as me, it is perfect!

Good if you are new to Pilates
This is a good DVD and i enjoy doing the exercises.Im at the point of my pregnancy where i can do the late pregnancy workout and to be honest there are only 12 excercises and i think it could do with a few more.By the time the exercises are over i feel i am only warmed up.At my Pilates classes we use the Gym Ball and the Pilates band and it would be good if thee were introduced but it is a good DVD and if you are thinking of buying it then i reccomemend that you do
