Had a qualcast for 35 years lost to a fire. This one cuts nicely as it has twin rollers v maneuverable. Still have a 50 year old mechanical qualcast in good working order would always recomend to gardeners who want cylinder mowers.

Motor not powerful enough, could have done with another cut size position, better with wheels on front not roller that flattens grass before blades cut, grass box holds loads can't see stitching on it lasting long straining already, it dose say for small, medium flat lawns and they aren't kidding, by flat i think they mean bowling green flat had problems on my not so flat lawn. Think i will add a sleeve over front roller just it lift it a tad, high setting no cut even though grass wanted cutting, middle cut just trimmed grass, low cut scalps lawn.

Considering how small and compact it is ,it produces a good cut on small lawns much better than a hover or rotary as it picks the curtings up and puts them in its grass box .Also good for stripes!

not good. only cuts at the sides meaning you have to cut 1 or 2 times over the same run. cheap and no good. I have put it into my shed and will use my old machine. rating 1 out of 5
