Push button fixed in a flash. Bog standard r...epair. I'm not sure why but this button tends to fail every 12 months on my loo. It works fine every time I flush BUT once every blue moon, twang, doinggggg, the button fly's off as if its had enough of getting pushed around! So a simple job of ordering another from these good people, bish, bosh, twisty turn and the new one sorts my button push thingermeebob for another 12 months. Happy bunny

The only thing that lets this product do...wn is the flush button. It tends to come apart after a short while. This stops me rating it 5*. The rest of the product is excellent. I had one fitted in my cistern. There was no need to take the cistern apart in order to change the valve. The drop down syphon comes apart with a 1/4 turn an can be replaced like for like in under 2 mins.

The Siamp Optima 49 is an attractive and high...ly functional toilet flush device, but the push button, being plastic, sometimes loses part of its chrome plating and, being a little overly conscious of such things, I like to replace it! It's easily done in a trice and makes everything look brand new.

A btton flush for the toilet. hey waht more could you ask for.... Specially designed for cheap low water toilets used in new build houses. Fantastic for the single people until children arrive. Then start a regular order for these. Kids break them in seconds. Why, cheap plastic that holds the white plastic plunger to the top silver button. Wears out in days. But hey, you have to flush your toilet sometime, so rather than filling a bucket each time or having the massive expense of replacing cheap toilets in a newbuild for better quality ones, fork out £7.25 every six months to replace these suckers like for like. Then breath as the kids leave home, knowing you will never have to replace one again, just all the plumbing that the cowboys employed by the housebuilder fitted as its so shoddy and cheap - and you'd probably replace the toilets too.. Overall - does the job, flimsy so it cannot take a lot of hammer and is not metal - cheap plastic...
