Disappointed with product
The product is compact and initially stuck fast up...on initial installation; however, within half an hour it fell from the tiled bathroom wall into the bath and continues to fall from the wall after re-installation. The tiles were washed and dried prior to the initial installation; therefore, I'm at a loss to know what else can be done. I made the purchase for peace of mind as my mother remains completely independent in her own home and I wanted to provide an aid for her to get in and out of her bath. On the whole, I'm disappointed with the product.

Doesn't work.
Simply doesn't work. After 3-4 minutes the suction "power" is ...lost and the device falls. I even tried it on a glass surface to make sure it was not a problem with the bathroom tiles, and the result was the same. I DO NOT recommend this. A total waste of money.
