Best avoided unless new battery supplied
I bought this phone for work so I h...ad my other one for 'best' However the battery faioled after an hour so it went in the draw a couple of days later. I'll stick it in the recycling at some point.

Stylish,reliable,sleek,easy clear menus good features for flipphone lovers
I... used to own one of these phones years ago and was always please with it's design and performance..In todays world of the touch screen flip phone...many of our parents and in my case my wife (37 going on 67 ! LOL) Who just don't get the smart phone..they hate them infact and want another flip clamshell phone ! This model is one of the best for ease of use, reliability, features, screen clarity,sound clarity and looks! Also it's the best value when buying refurb or used! The only one that is BETTER is the samsung sgh E780, but they are like gold dust and because of this HOLD their price, thus even refurb/used fetch £35-£40 QUID! The e720 is an ideal Phone for the person in your family who wants a good FLIP phone but is on a budget, the only one worthy NEW these days if you want to spend more and get new would be the Motorola Gleam, best new flip phone that is current.

For... the money it cant be beaten, its small easy to use and works like older phones used to, no 3g touch screen or internet a good work phone it can be kept in your trouser pocket not like the modern house brick phone. If phones get bigger men will need hand bags to cary them.Progress?
