Brilliant, just brilliant!
A fast paced book that provides enough detail for the layman and the WW2 history buff. Nicely written, I couldn't put it down. It left me wanting to find out about other aspects of both the Manhattan Project and the impact on Japan. The style is very reminiscent of Martin Middlebrook - balanced and objective without trying to be an apologist for either side. For the aviation historian, you'll just end up buying even more books after reading this!
