Great little phone. Had it when it came out the first time around. Only bought it this time for the 'my numbers' feature to rename my sim card. Really easy to use and battery life on standby from fully charged is 231hrs. And at less than £5 what a bargain.
The Sony Ericsson T68i is a great little phone. I first saw it on a film on TV and ever since I wanted one. I'm not the type of person to have loads of bells and whistles on their phone. All I want is a phone to ring people and do messages and the T68i doesn't disappoint. Its easy to use and simple with it. The only thing I find wrong with it is that some of the features are more suited to a younger person e.g. kids. Apart from that its a cracker of a phone and well worth the money.
I used this phone for several years. I chose it because I was going travelling and wanted a triband phone that wasn't too expensive. I paid something like £70 for a used one, in 2004. It worked really well as we travelled around the world, only being a little restrictive in the Caribbean where the 850 band is dominant. It was capable of being used as a modem to connect my laptop, however it was rare at the time to get decent (or any) data rates on prepaid. The phone also has an infrared connection, extremely useful when I wanted to connect to my Psion 5MX pocket computer which I also used on our travels.
