I bought this glue to repair a ...pair of favourite shoes where the heals had worn down. If you go to the Stormsure website, you can watch their video. But do NOT follow their instructions! Using brown tape to create a trough to pore the glue in to does not work well because the glue tends to leak through. Use Bluetack to create a trough which results in a much better seal. Also depending on the depth of rubber that you are trying to build up, it can literally take days to set (you could try applying in thinner layers, but i did not try this). Having said all of that, the end result works and will give your older shoes a new lease of life. Also avoid decent shoes ending up in landfill. Good luck!

Seemed to do the job but only half th...e tube was still liquid and usable. Half the contents of the tube had set solid. No date on tube or packaging so don't know how old it is?

I wanted to mend a split in a wellington. I tried silicone..., failed, innertube patch, failed, waterproof tape, two types, failed, hot glue, failed. One application of stormsure, mended. A brilliant product. I only wish that I had come across it before

A very good product which is v...ery good value for money. Made a very good job at repairing our horse's New Zealand Rugs. A very easy and simple product to use and does "exactly what it says on the tin". Would definately recommend it to others who need to carry out repairs on their horse rugs. In addition the Delivery service was A1 as well - Arrived before the stated date of Delivery ! All in all a very satisfied Customer.

Bought this to repair a hiking poncho that h...ad come loose at the seams. The adhesive was easy to apply and ensured a good joint, beware though it does not hold secure / firm any polythene tape that normally affixes over the seam. After leaving 12 hours to set as per the instructions, some of the excess adhesive that squeezed from the seam was "slightly tacky" but this was easily rectified by sprinkling talcum powder on it then rinsing in cold water. Subsequent testing in a downpour showed the adhesive had done the job with no leaks.
