I didn't want to pay too much for the combo as I was buying to use at work. It doesn't feel great quality (not like my Logitech combo which cost nearly £40) but it does what I want. I needed a separate keyboard to use with my laptop (I hate the laptop keyboard) and this fits in the trolley so I can carry it about when I go to meetings. It has a nice feel to the keys and they are spaced well so I don't keep hitting the wrong one. There is even a caps on light which not all keyboards come with these days. I don't like the mouse as much - it's a proper size but there is no off button and the movement is not terribly smooth. The dongle is in the battery compartment. I have to take the battery out when I am not using it and risk losing it in the bag. I wouldn't buy for regular use but for occasional use I am happy that I got a bargain.Read full review

Do Not spend your money on this product! 1. Very bad & shoddy craftsmanship - It took 2 of us to prize open the battery compartment when it first arrived - simply because it is such bad quality. 2. Stopped working about a week later after working sporadically after 2 days of use.

tho there are other reviews around the net that say you cant use both the KB and the mouse at the same time, i would have the say to those learn how to use a computer, or you got a faulty KB, or more likely you put the battery in the wrong way around as would make way way more scene if they when in that way but no they dont the keyboard has its battery compartment just barely 1mm if that big enough to fit the batterys, tho the spring loaded side would make that up so it should of been made bigger like most product 2-3mm of space with a depress spring (or wired the other way around as then the nub + side would be inside the spring there for fit easier in the space, but no (and yes maybe im joking on the last bit, tho does reversing the KB pole really matter) intend there is 2 plastic tabs on top of where the batterys go, witch would hold 1 on them in place (tho the cover does that really doesnt it?) but only if you could slide the batterys in it witch you cant (as it holds the + side battery not the spring side so you could slide the + one it but then your stuck working out how to get the spring depressed with the battery to go it there witch you cant with the only 1mm you cant get there deep an angle from any way but str on, and ya you could put the spring side in first then try to silde the + side down under those tabs from the far side, but that angle those would work with a lot of force would skin the sides of off that battery, never really good), as in order to get the battery to go in you have to forcefully push in str down on top of those tabs will the second battery is already depressing the spring, witch will end up braking them off *tho they really had no use the battery cover is there to hold the batterys in place is it not, tho with the 1mm gap and the spring force them to stay they will do so anyways with out the cover*, tho it will get them in there and than power the badly designed KB, to fully working, while the mouse is even working too getting the batterys out is a different matter, one witch takes a good prying tool, and more force then you should put on a battery but oh well nothing bad has ever happened from forcing a battery, tho saying that my batterys now have small dents in them but oh well well nearly all cheap things do have there issues, the design of this KB is very very poorly thought out, and maybe a tiny bit more of its budget should of gone in to that, tho as once your taken the 5 mins or so it took me to work out how to get the batterys in these KB, and the force it then needed to do so, is only something your will have to do once or twice a month *or less if your a lite kb user, or more if you have very cheap batterys that always die*, its a minor issue, and i would still recommend this product on price, and the build of it if not the build thought tho but the build as i have had one of these before and it lasted years *still works just with a few keys than dont work anymore* witch for the price is very good,Read full review

Bought this keyboard & mouse for my second completer and wondered how it might perform. I must say it is really good value for money. I don't have any bad points to report it works fine from the moment you plug it the little receiver.
