This really is a great 'bible' for back sufferers.
A friend who suffers with back problems recommend this book to me as my partner has chronic disc disease & suffers with very bad back pain. Since purchasing the book I injured my back (folding down a travel cot of all things!!) & found the information useful. I have also been doing the exercises from the book & they defiantly help ease the pain (although it is very painful to do the exercises to start with as my back was in spasm at the time). I have not found anything to dislike about this guide & can't compare it to any other products but would recommend it to anyone who suffers with their back.
