This is an excellent book, I borrowed a friends but it was so good I needed one of my own, the recipies are excellent and easy to make and are things you can do easily every day, an excellent way to loose weight by just cooking and eating sensibly and following the guidelines, its a pure science to weight loss with minimum excercise.
