ACT seems to be the flavour of the month at the moment and a lot of the books available seem to be either academic in tone or more 'popular read' read. This tries to steer a course between the two. I found it good in terms of the accessability of the ideas. The small size was a pain ( I assume this is a selling point,) and needed to be re-read before the ideas sank in . But if your looking for a more down to earth approach like the 'driving your bus' metaphore then prepare to be disappointed. It is very much an introduction. the sort of thing to read before you went to a group .
