The last great Therapy? album....
As I said, this is the last great Therapy? album - full of spite, noise and great tunes. If you loved Troublegum there's plenty here to keep you satisfied. They never again reached for, or achieved the sound of this album. Lonely Crying Only is the sound of the Sex Pistols eating Roy Orbison for breakfast. Shame nobody bought it when it was released. But it was the world that was wrong, not the band. In a parallel universe this would have catapulted them to international superstardom and saved us from the slew of low-budget punk metal albums they've released every 6mths since.

Last fine Therapy album; a rare and forgotten gem.
A rougher sound than their previous stuff that initially feels tinny but acclimatize yourself and you will fall in love with this last really melodic yet rocking Therapy effort. There are some real classics on here - 'Don't expect roses' is never irrelevant and and 'Lonely Crying Alone' with the fat-kid suicide line are just an example of the lyrical greatness acheived. But what were the follow-up albums about???

Pop rock at it's absolute best!
After the commerical success of Troublegum and the 'difficult' follow-up Infernal Love, Therapy? really hit the nail on the head with this album by doing what they do best - writing good rock songs you can dance and sing a long to. There's no major suprises on here but there are some of Therapy?'s greatest songs ever, notably the amazing Straight Life. If you're a fan of Therapy? then you should already own this album. If you only have Troublegum then you'd be best to pick up either Semi-Detached next or maybe even the album that preceeded Troublegum, the incredibly low-fi Nurse. Both offer the hooks and the beats you know and love in bucketfuls, you won't be sorry! I think I'll listen to it myself the now! m/

If you like it loud you'll love this
How amazing is ebay. You can buy quality products like this for so little money without going out and getting dirty. Of course you have to like your music on the heavy side to like this but what is really important is how load Therapy? are. Top notch group from Northern Ireland who have been going for ages and have done about 10 albums, this being a great addition to that list. Well worth a listen well worth the money well worth buying other Therapy? albums and well worth seeing the live, if you eardrums can take it.
