I don't recommend it. Mainly just a scam product that intends to replicate and an attempts substitute for the real thing. I would go to a doctor instead and ask for a legitimate prescription (actually known as Phentermine) if you really are concerned for your health and/or believe you've run out of other options. Ive tried a few fat burners and you see in the press some of the nasty effects. These are the ones i like because you dont get nasty side effects of head aches or a really dry mouth. I have had these with others ive tried. These do suppress my appetite and does help with energy boost but not in a bad way. Feels natural. No edge-y-ness that some can give either.
