Joanne Henson has been a London-based health, fitness and weight loss coach for 5 years, working with clients to help them improve their relationship with food, to find a fitness regime that they enjoy and to develop a permanently healthier way of life. She overcame her own obstacles to get fit and eat more healthily and now shares her experiences with others so that they can do the same. Originally from Nottingham, she currently lives in Richmond, Surrey.
