With enhanced visibility, automation tools, and bulk update options, it’s never been easier to stay on top of your offers.

We’re also launching performance tracking tools that use historical data to help you optimise future offers, maximise your sales potential, and identify growth opportunities. With a centralised offer hub and enhanced bulk offer management, you can save time and streamline your workflows.

Central monitoring & insights: Keep track of all active items with outgoing seller-initiated offers or pending Best Offers. Access performance metrics such as gross sales, number of offers sent and received, and buyer acceptance rates.

Efficient offer management: Accept or reject offers directly from the dashboard using the intuitive “Review” button. Sort offers by date and type (automated or manual) to manage workflows and end multiple offers simultaneously.

Detailed item analysis: Dive into each item to see offer activity, including sent offers, acceptance rates, and sales generated.

Smart tools & navigation: Utilise filters to identify items needing action or sort by acceptance rates for opportunities. Quickly find specific items using the search function.
