    The supplier originally despatched 3mm drill bits instead of the 4mm I had ordered. I emailed them a photo of the packet and they sent out the correct ones which arrived next day. They were very apologetic and very graciously let me keep the 3mm bits.

Item is brand new, as described, well packed although the courier managed to damage the box, but item was not damaged.
