Quick replies and fast dispatching, was out of his control that the camera arrived later than expected but was generous enough to offer a replacement so that I’d have a camera in time for my event. The unit arrived on time and was incredibly well packaged by the seller; no damage, item arrived in good condition. The seller was clear about the condition, it was sold as not working. Analysed the failure mode within half hour after it arrived, ordered up what I needed to get it running and completed the repair today. Now have a tidy operational NC 100.
