    Guitar arrived well packaged, in excellent condition as described/expected, at an excellent price that was communicated with the seller. Wish seller communication post-purchase was a little bit better, especially when I asked if the guitar could be setup and tuned to D standard, instead came in E standard, but no biggie. Would definitely buy from there again, but would count on setup done on the player's side.

    Excellent seller highly recommended. Clear and concise communication. Package arrived exactly on time thanks to FedEx with a lot of texts and emails from them. One word of warning, UK import tax was over £100. Product is amazing, sound is fantastic. I used a Japanese to English app for the set up and changed the language to English in the settings.
