  Item was shipped rather quickly and appeared as described; clearly used, but it was an accurate post showing use. However, I was disappointed it did not include a charging cord, nor did the description mention the lack of cord. I accept fault for not asking about a cord, but I absolutely assumed it would be included. I did not deduct for that, but wanted to mention it in case anyone else had the same assumption about another electronics product.
