Seller sent my shoes to the wrong person. Said he’d get back to me once he knew what was going on. I chased a month later as I’d heard nothing and he refunded instantly implying he wasn’t exactly on the case. I asked him to keep trying to contact the person who has stolen my shoes and he’s stopped replying to me. I am so gutted I cannot get these shoes. It would be nice if the seller was more compassionate. Ignoring me is pretty mean when I just want some context.

I communicated with you throughout the transaction, i apologized many times and refunded yout eh money, as what happened was out of my control. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience.
