  I've given neutral review, nothing wrong with the Starbucks thermal cup though it came broken,probably due to postman dropping it over fence onto concrete,I eventually received a replacement which never arrived before xmas,being a present I was a bit annoyed as there was more than enough time. Can't complain about communication as they were ok with that,only the whole transaction took about 6 week's. I would recommend this company tries to improve on this and they should be ok.
