    The customer service was great, the deliver time was great. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong item & so I paid for the same Tracked signed for return in the same packaging it arrived in & they processed the refund for me. Even though it was the wrong 😑 product I ordered. If you want the look of a silver chain at a cost effective way, the quality appearance of the 24” chub chain I ordered did look very good for around half the cost of a thinner item in the same design if made in silver. 5*

    I have to give this item a negative review simply because it was so overpriced! I did contact the seller who offered a 40% refund or the chance to return the item for a full refund. The pendant is TINY and is not worth the listed price of £19.99. I would highly recommend checking the actual size of any pendant from this seller. (the size/ dimensions weren't listed) before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
