    Fast despatch/delivery. Ordered 50mm thick self amalgamating tape, but was initially supplied with 25mm thick tape. An email to the seller was quickly answered and a second item of the 50mm tape rapidly despatched. Great communication from seller and resolved a small issue. There was no inconvenience to me. The photos show the different pack sizes. Seller kindly allowed me to keep the 25mm tape. So item as described, new and high quality. Great value. Excellent customer service from seller.

    The item arrived well packaged and as described. Had an issue with the parcel carrier resulting in the item arriving later than expected. I allowed a couple of days after the carrier informed me they were running late but gave no expected delivery date. I contacted the seller who replied promptly and curtiously . The issue promptly resolved itself the next day. It took me another day to close the issue due to not knowing the eBay system well enough. I will happily buy from them again

    The price was very good for the two 15 metre lengths of hose but unfortunately they were despatched in packaging that was far too flimsy and the bag was ripped wide open. Our Postie collected the contents and delivered them. The hose connectors were also badly corroded. Quite a lot of work was needed to clean them up and make them usable. The Seller eventually responded well and solved the problem. Thank you.
