As described and well packaged up in clearly marked bags. 👍 Disappointingly on this occasion it took 5 days from placing the order, Monday arriving Saturday. Customer service was great and a quick reply citing delivery issues blaming Royal Mail, which to be fair you can appreciate. Was supposed to be sent Royal Mail 24 but sent Royal Mail 48 which probably didn’t help. I’ll buy again as I like what they produce, quicker next time 🤞

    The original order never arrived, despite royal mail stating it did. There were no receipts indicating a missed delivery nor emails with pictures of the package being delivered. I contacted this seller with Jan handling my issue. After confirming the absence of the package, Jan arranged to resend this entire order which did arrive. Not a good start but the customer service was excellent at resolving my issue with the missing package. I would be happy to do business with this seller again.
