Good seller. 1st order arrived damaged. Seller kindly offered a reduced refund but because the item was damaged beyond use, I wanted a replacement instead. They automatically issued me a refund and I reordered the 2nd time which arrived okay. Note that the cardboard packaging that it comes with is quite thin so there is a high chance that the courier company will damage it if they're not careful but that's down to the manufacturer rather than the seller.
