Great seller very good communication dispatcher very quickly. Any questions were answered promptly. The Royal Mail messed up but still delivered in time frame. When I notified the seller the item seemed to be stuck at a sorting Center they offered to ship another to save me being without what I needed to fix my car thankfully the Royal Mail came through in the end and this wasn’t required. Great seller I’d highly recommend to anyone needing quality genuine parts.

Good item and good price and that is why I have left +feedback. However,,, the packing was terrible. The idler pin bolt was completely through the plastic bag but fortunately, did not get damaged. This was more annoying because I bought three separate items from them. I did not get any bulk postage discount but they still packed all three items together. As they were saving two lots of postage, I would have thought they could have packed my items properly.
