  I did not receive my sourdough starter....I notified the sender...and was quickly reimbursed. I would have been happy to get another shipped...but...I commend them on taking care of this quickly. Great to do business with. The mail failures does not reflect on them.

  I think it’s working? Looks like dried starter…will update once we bake w/ it but so far so good (eg - it arrived via usps in envelope and in process of reviving it now..). ps - 12.5 grams isn’t much tho.. would have been incredible if it was doubled so if first attempt fails, there would be enough to retry again. Either way, smooth transaction, thank you!
