    Item as described. Prompt dispatch. Ordered item x 2. Had to pay shipping twice. When I asked if there was a refund on shipping I was told "I can't offer a discount on this item as it's delivered to us from our external website and then we send it out. I've inserted a leaflet into your package which will help you with delivery costs on future orders." It seems that the Customer has to pay for 'internal' shipping! Why couldn't they have been sent dirctly to me for the cost of one shipment?

    The postage costs are displayed prior to you placing an order, if you wanted a discount on postage then why not ask before ordering, if you ordered 3 items I can look into it for you but you only ordered 2 items. I can't discount your postage on your order any further as it costs £7.50 and you paid £6.60. It's not internal shipping it's external shipping costs.
