Placed two orders with seller first one had a rip in bag when delivery so half my ordered was missing but not sellers fault, second time was delivered fine but was missing about 11 glue sticks when I ordered 50. Seller both times has refunded for missing items so can’t complain apart from maybes count items before being posted. No hassle getting refund either and seller sorry for mistakes.
