  It arrived as described but the package was more wrapped in cardboard than using the cardboard to hold it in a box. That way the seller doesn’t have to cut open the plastic wrap seal to place the card

  The fencing was received as described and in relatively good condition. The packaging, plastic wrapping, allowed for some very minor damage to the outside layer of the fence roll. Some of the wire was bent but was easily straightened with little effort. In my opinion, a box might have been a better packaging option. I consider the item to be a good value when compared to other options I viewed on Ebay, Amazon, and local markets.

  This Item works great! That being said, it did come late and the box looked like they ( the shipping company) played football with it! Thank God Ninja packs their items really well! The seller did everything they were supposed to do, they took my offer within an hour, and sent it out right away, but I don't think they are aware of what the shipping company is doing. I just wanted to say thank you to the seller and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

  Now the LED light tube I received did not match the condition of new as the packaging was already opened, the seller made good by refunding me for it. Hopefully, they can double check the goods before sending out the next time. Regardless, the important thing is to recognize the error and take appropriate actions to rectify the issue which I think is very important. I give props to them for doing the right thing.

  I received the wrong kind of cleaner. It was for hardwood floors and the description was for Multi-Surface cleaner. The seller acknowledged the error and very quickly gave me a refund. I truly appreciate his quick and equitable resolution of the problem.

  It arrived when they said it would, however when we opened the box and took it out it had a star shaped crack that had been circled with a magic marker, so we immediately notified the seller and sent a picture of the crack and the seller immediately replied that they would refund our money right away which they did and we're very nice about it so we definitely reordered another one and hopefully this one won't be damaged. Will definitely buy from this seller again!
