  Bad customer service,not professional i I will never purchase again from this seller ,cream had missing contents it was not wrapped properly every seller I purchase from wraps items she wanted me to return the item with out sending me a return postal label ignoring my message ,I contacted Ebay it's on the sellers behalf to send a postal return label If a item is faulty ebay contacted this seller to send me a return label which they didn't do

  Thanks for the feedback. However, the item was sent to you as it was supplied from manufacturer. I explained this to you and you still wanted to return the item which I suggested you should open return request through eBay and return label will automatically be sent to you. However, u didn't use the return label and ebay stepped in which eventually you got a refund and you still have the product with you. I believe this was intentional as you still have the product and also got a refund
