  This product is the best filter we have found for our Whirlpool. It filters so much more than the lesser expensive filters (that only do chlorine). This seller is top notch, ...shipped our merchandise out and responded quickly when our package was misdelivered. They notified the USPS for missing package, found it,& had it delivered asap.   Bad experience with both condition of receiver as well as dealing with this seller. Apparently, he did not understand that past performance was not indicative of future results. Receiver was poorly packaged for shipping and was damaged in transport. It failed to work when I tested it and reached out for some clarity. He was defensive and pompous, as if it was impossible that something was actually wrong or that it was any fault of his own. He then accused me of calling him a liar. Buyer beware!

  Item had no damage when listed it and was carefully packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded by Styrofoam. Somehow it arrives with a huge dent in the top and a cracked front panel,that would be obvious in photos I provided if the damage was pre-existing.Somehow, this occurs without any damage to the shipping box. I highly suspect the buyer dropped the item himself after receiving it. Despite receiving a full refund and being allowed to keep the item, he still feels need to leave Neg FB
